Claims (8)
- 식물체 바이러스 또는 스트레스 저항성 신호 전달 경로에 관여하는 고추 유래 파이루베이트 카이네이즈를 코딩하는 하기 (a) 또는 (b)의 DNA:(a) 서열번호 2로 기재되는 아미노산 서열로 이루어지는 단백질을 코딩하는 DNA;(b) 서열번호 1로 기재된 DNA.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스트레스는 바이러스성 또는 화학성 스트레스인 것을 특징으로 하는 DNA.
- 제 1항의 DNA에 의해 인코드되는 고추 유래 파이루베이트 카이네이즈.
- 제 3항의 고추 유래 파이루베이트 카이네이즈의 발현 정도를 비교하여 식물 의 항바이러스제를 스크리닝하는 방법.
- 제 1항의 유전자를 포함하는 발현 벡터.
- 제 5항의 발현 벡터가 도입된 형질전환 식물 세포.
- 제 6항의 형질전환된 식물 세포를 포함하는 가지과 형질전환 식물체.
- ⅰ) 제 1항의 유전자를 포함하는 발현 벡터를 제조하는 단계;ⅱ) 상기 발현 벡터를 아그로박테리움에 도입하는 단계;ⅲ) 상기 아그로박테리움과 식물 세포를 공동 배양하여 식물 세포를 형질 전환시키는 단계; 및ⅳ) 상기 형질전환된 식물세포를 조직 배양하여 재분화하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 병저항성이 유도된 형질 전환 가지과 식물체의 제조 방법.
