- 대장균 유래 파이타제를 코딩하는 핵산 서열이 사카로마이세스 세레비제 유래의 GAL10 프로모터를 포함한 조절 서열에 작동가능하게 연결되도록 포함된 재조합 발현 벡터 pEPGAL-appA로 형질전환된 대장균.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 대장균이 수탁번호 KCTC 10820BP인 것을 특징으로 하는 대장균.
- (1) 제4항 또는 제5항에 따른 대장균을 배양하여 파이타제가 발현되도록 하는 단계 및 (2) 배양물로부터 대장균 유래 파이타제를 분리·정제하는 단계를 포함하는 대장균 유래 파이타제의 제조방법.
