Claims (7)
- 펌프 하우징 내에, 복수의 플런저 배럴, 플런저, 태핏 구조체를 구비하며, 연료 압축실 내에 유입한 연료를 플런저에 의해 가압하여 압송하는 연료 공급용 펌프에 있어서,상기 펌프 하우징에는 상기 복수의 플런저 배럴을 병렬 배치하기 위한 복수의 수용부가 마련되고, 상기 태핏 구조체는 상기 수용부 내를 접동하고, 상기 연료를 상기 연료 압축실에 유입시킬 때에 상기 태핏 구조체가 하강하는 한편, 상기 연료 압축실 내의 연료를 가압할 때에 상기 태핏 구조체가 상승하여, 상기 플런저를 밀어 올리도록 되어 있으며,상기 복수의 수용부의 사이에, 윤활유 또는 윤활용 연료를 통과시키기 위한 통간 연결부를 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는연료 공급용 펌프.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 통간 연결부를 상기 태핏 구조체의 상승위치보다 높은 위치에 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는연료 공급용 펌프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 통간 연결부를, 상기 복수의 플런저 배럴의 배치 방향에 대하여 수직으로 마련하거나 또는 경사지게 하여 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는연료 공급용 펌프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 통간 연결부의 단면적을 10∼350㎟ 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는연료 공급용 펌프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 통간 연결부의 도중에 밸브를 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는연료 공급용 펌프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 태핏 구조체에, 윤활유 또는 윤활용 연료를 통과시키기 위한 연통부를 마련하는 것을 특징으로 하는연료 공급용 펌프.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 연료 공급용 펌프는, 단위시간당 유량이 500∼1,500ℓ/시간인 연료를, 50MPa 이상의 값으로 가압하기 위한 증압 방식의 축압식 연료분사장치에 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는연료 공급용 펌프.
