Claims (3)
- 용접건과, 마스트 콘트롤 유닛(MCP: Master Control Unit) 및 마스터 콘트롤 섹션(MCS: Master Control Section)을 이용하여 지그의 기준형상을 구상하는 섹션 절단 단계와, 지그 설계 단계와, 설계된 지그의 형상을 판별하고자 좌표축과 제작수치 및 검사기준을 추출/작성하는 단계와, 지그 유닛을 제작하는 단계와, 판넬을 투입하는 단계를 포함하는 차체용접 지그의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 지그 형상 좌표축과, 제작 수치 및 검사기준치를 추출/작성하는 단계의 형상 좌표축의 좌표설정은 프로그램에 의한 의한 2포인트 인디케이트에 의해 그리드 라인, 그리드축, 그리드 좌표값이 자동생성되는 하나의 공정으로 이루어지고,제작 수치의 생성은 수치기입용 포인트 작업을 실행하고, 프로그램에 의해 포인트 수치값을 자동입력하여, 포인트를 위치조정하는 3공정으로 이루어지고,검사기준치의 생성은 성적서 작성할 형상의 뷰(View) 복사하고, 성적서양식의 정보입력하고, 형상의 크기조정을 위한 2포인트 인디케이트를 실행하고, 입력할 검사수치 포인트를 선택하는 4공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차체용접 지그의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,2포인트의 인디케이트에 의해 상기 좌표축과 좌표값은 좌표설정 알고리즘에 의해 자동추출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차체용접 지그의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 포인트 수치값은 제작수치 자동설정 알고리즘에 의해 자동입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차체용접 지그의 제조방법.
