Claims (1)
- 가변형 터보 차저(1)의 가변 베인(4)을 닫았을 때 열림량을 검사함에 있어서,실린더(21) 작동으로 LM가이드를 따라 움직이는 이송테이블(22) 상에 형성되어 가변형 터보 차저(1)를 장착하는 지그(14)와;상기 지그(14)에 안착된 가변형 터보 차저(1)를 고정하기 위해 고정테이블(39)의 상부에 형성된 각각의 실린더(28)(28')에 의해 작동하는 클램프(27)(27')와;상기 클램프(27)로 흡기구 연결관(26)에 클램핑, 밀폐된 가변형 터보 차저(1)에 흡기 가스를 공급하기 위해 밸브(23)와 오리피스(25)가 형성된 배관라인의 일측에 형성된 흡기 가스공급 탱크(16)와;상기 지그(14)에 클램핑된 가변형 터보 차저(1)의 엑츄에이터 레버(12)를 밀쳐 가변 베인(4)을 닫기 위해 로터리실린더(30)의 상부에 형성된 재치대(29)와;상기 재치대(29)를 저지하는 스톱퍼실린더(30a)와;상기 지그(14)에 클램핑된 가변형 터보 차저(1)의 배기구를 밀폐하기 위해 소음기(19)와 연결되는 배기구 연결관(36)과;상기 배기구 연결관(36)에 형성되어 가변형 터보 차저(1)의 유량을 측정하는 센서(37) 및;상기 센서(37)에 의해 측정된 값을 비교연산하여 가변 베인(4)의 닫힌 상태 열림량을 검사하는 PC(20)로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 가변형 터보 차저 검사기.
