- 제1 기판 위에 형성된 공통전극과 제1 배향막을 포함하는 공통전극 기판과; 제2 기판 위에 형성된 다결정 박막트랜지스터, 빛차단막, 다수의 절연막, 화소전극 그리고 제2 배향막을 포함하는 화소전극 기판과; 상기 공통전극 기판과 화소전극 기판 사이에 형성된 액정층과; 상기 화소전극과 상기 제1 배향막 사이에 굴절률이 다른 다수의 절연층으로 형성된 반사막과; 상기 화소전극과 상기 반사막 사이에 형성된 평탄화막을 포함하고; 상기 화소전극이 상기 반사막을 통과한 빛을 반사시키는 액정표시소자와;상기 액정표시소자의 주사선에 연결된 주사선 스위칭부와;상기 액정표시소자의 신호선에 연결된 신호선 스위칭부를 포함하고;상기 주사선 스위칭부는 상기 액정표시소자의 표시영역을 중심으로 나누어져 상기 액정표시소자 상에 각각 형성된 선택기간 인가부와 비선택기간 인가부로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
