- 공작기계의 헤드바디 프레임(10)에 있어서, 발열량이 많아 온도구배가 심한 부위에는 저열팽창소재(20)를 사용하고, 발열량이 상대적으로 적은 부위에는 일반주물(21)을 사용하여 일체로 구성하고;상기 저열팽창소재는,C(2.0~2.2%), Si(1.0~1.5%), Mn(0.3~0.5%), P(0.045%이하), S(0.02%이하), Ni(34~36%), Mo(1.0~1.2%), Mg(0.025~0.035%)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열변형 보정기능을 갖는 공작기계의 헤드바디 프레임.
