Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 광을 발생하는 램프와,상기 램프로부터 입사되는 광을 면광원으로 전환하며 제1 굴절률을 갖는 도광판과,상기 도광판 상에 형성되며, 상기 도광판에 입사된 광이 상기 도광판과의 경계면에서 전반사되도록 불소계열의 폴리머로 형성됨과 아울러 상기 제1 굴절률보다 상대적으로 낮은 제2 굴절률을 갖는 저굴절률층과,상기 저굴절률층에서 출사된 광을 반사시켜 화상을 구현하는 반사형 액정패널과,상기 램프와 도광판 사이에 위치하는 집광소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 굴절률은 1.7, 제2 굴절률은 1.35인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저굴절률층 상에 부착되는 편광시트와,상기 편광시트 상에 부착되는 위상차보상시트와,상기 위상차보상시트 상에 부착되는 확산시트를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 반사형 액정패널은상기 저굴절률층에서 출사된 광을 반사시키기 위한 반사전극이 형성된 하부기판과,상기 하부기판과 액정을 사이에 두고 마주보는 상부기판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 반사형 액정패널은상기 확산시트가 부착된 도광판과 액정을 사이에 두고 마주보며 상기 저굴절률층에서 출사된 광을 반사시키기 위한 반사전극이 형성된 하부기판을 구비하는 것 을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 굴절률은 1.5, 제2 굴절률은 1.35인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 저굴절률층 상에 부착되는 편광시트와,상기 편광시트 상에 부착되는 위상차보상시트와,상기 위상차보상시트 상에 부착되는 확산시트를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 반사형 액정패널은상기 저굴절률층에서 출사된 광을 반사시키기 위한 반사전극이 형성된 하부기판과,상기 하부기판과 액정을 사이에 두고 마주보는 상부기판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 반사형 액정패널은상기 확산시트가 부착된 도광판과 액정을 사이에 두고 마주보며 상기 저굴절률층에서 출사된 광을 반사시키기 위한 반사전극이 형성된 하부기판을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시모듈.
