Claims (6)
- 유체가 흐를 수 있는 유로(P)를 갖는 밸브몸체(100)와, 상기 밸브몸체(100) 내부의 유로를 개폐하는 디스크(200)와, 상기 밸브몸체(100)에 축설되고 상기 디스크(200)가 고정되는 스템(300)과, 상기 유로(P)와 디스크(200)의 테두리 사이를 밀봉하는 실링수단(400)을 포함하여 구성되는 초저온 버터플라이밸브에 있어서;상기 실링수단(400)은,양단이 원형상으로 말려 형성되되 일단은 밸브몸체(100)내 경사면(110)상에 마련된 제1설치홈(120a)에 삽입고정되고, 타단은 제2설치홈(120b)에 유동되게 배치되는 판형상의 시트링(410)과;상기 제2설치홈(120b)에 삽입되어 상기 시트링(410)의 일측면에 탄성접지되는 정렬링(500)과;상기 시트링(410)을 사이에 두고 상기 정렬링(500)의 대향측에서 상기 시트링(410)의 타측면에 탄성접지되며 유동공간(S)을 갖는 시트리테이너(130)에 의해 압착고정되는 쿠션링(600)을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 활하중 시트부 지지형 초저온 버터플라이밸브.
- 청구항 1에 있어서;상기 시트링(410)은 구리 또는 구리합금으로 이루어지고, 그 내면에는 그보다 더 높은 강도 및 경도를 갖는 금속소재로 보강자켓(412)이 형성된 것을 특징으 로 하는 활하중 시트부 지지형 초저온 버터플라이밸브.
- 청구항 2에 있어서;상기 보강자켓(412)은 스테인레스스틸인 것을 특징으로 하는 활하중 시트부 지지형 초저온 버터플라이밸브.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서;상기 쿠션링(600)과 시트리테이너(130) 사이에는 상기 쿠션링(600)을 탄성압착하는 쿠션플레이트(610)가 더 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 활하중 시트부 지지형 초저온 버터플라이밸브.
- 청구항 4에 있어서;상기 쿠션링(600) 또는 상기 쿠션플레이트(610)는 탄성을 가진 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 활하중 시트부 지지형 초저온 버터플라이밸브.
- 청구항 5에 있어서;상기 쿠션링(600)은 상기 시트링(410)의 폭방향 길이와 대응되거나 혹은 그 보다 작게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 활하중 시트부 지지형 초저온 버터플라이밸브.
