Claims (4)
- 차량의 정지스위치센서에 있어서,스위치회로기판(3)을 내부로 삽설하며, 외부 일측에 터미널(4)를 형성하는 스위치하우징(1)과, 상기 스위치하우징(1) 일측 내부에서 상기 스위치회로기판(3)을 감싸는 하우징(1)을 형성하여 브레이크페달의 접근시 전자유도현상에 의해 자속 세기의 상대적인 감소 및 증가 여부로 브레이크페달의 유, 무를 판별하는 검출부(20)와, 상기 검출부(20)로부터 받은 신호를 처리하는 상기 스위치회로기판(3)에 일측이 연결되고, 타측은 상기 터미널(4) 내부에 위치되어 브레이크페달에 신호를 전달하는 터미널(4)로 이루어지는 브레이크센서부(11)와;상기 브레이크센서부(11)와 연결되어 신호를 수신하거나, 정지스위치가 온(ON)되었을 경우, 일정전압을 연속적으로 출력하는 정지스위치센서부(12)와;상기 정지스위치센서부(12)로부터 일정전압을 인가받아, 일정한 밝기의 빛을 연속적으로 발산하며 정지등의 역활을 하되, 상기 정지스위치센서부(12) 및 브레이크센서부(11)의 일정전압을 인가받지 않을 경우 점등 및 소등을 교차하거나, 상기 정지등에 비해 상대적으로 희미한 빛을 발산하며 미등으로 사용되는 단일구조의 발광부(13);를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미등 및 정지등을 겸하는 정지스위치센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 정지스위치센서부(12)는 조광량센서부(14)에 의해 외부의 광량에 따른 발광부(13)의 전류량을 자동으로 제어하여 뒷차의 눈부심을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미등 및 정지등을 겸하는 정지스위치센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스위치회로기판(3)은 LC발진회로를 구성하여 고주파를 발생시킴으로써 자계를 형성하는 발진부(30)와, 상기 LC발진회로의 감쇄량에 의한 진폭변화 손실을 최소화하며 전압을 정류시키도록 회로를 구성하는 정류부(40)와, 상기 정류부(40)로부터 정류되어진 전압과 입력 전압을 비교회로를 형성하여 상호간 전압차를 출력하는 비교부(50)와, FET를 이용하여 게이트전압에 의해 온, 오프되며 점멸신호를 송출하는 스위칭부(70)와, 상기 스위칭부(70)의 스위치를 제어할 수 있도록 전류를 증폭시키는 인버팅부(60)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미등 및 정지등을 겸하는 정지스위치센서.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 스위칭부(70)는 검출부(20)와 브레이크페달 간의 거리에 따라서 점멸신호가 송출되며, 송출신호는 자동차제어 시스템(ECU)에 전달되어 정지등 점멸, 브레이크 페달에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 미등 및 정지등을 겸하는 정지스위치센서.
