Claims (13)
- 가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버(10)로서, 상기 가스 터빈이, 상기 터빈에 연결된 적어도 하나의 압축기와 연소실을 포함하는 형태이며, 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)가 상기 연소실 내측에서 연소가 이뤄지도록 위치결정된 수렴형 부분(12)을 구비하며, 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)가 연소실 내측에서 발화된 주 화염을 안정화시키도록 적절하게 조절된 일련의 파일럿 화염을 생성하기 위해서 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)의 정면 부분상의 연소실내로 개방된 구멍(20)을 구비하는 다수의 파이프(19)를 포함하는, 가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버에 있어서,상기 예혼합 챔버(10)의 상기 수렴성 부분(12)의 정면 영역에, 상기 파이프(19)에 속하는 상기 구멍(20)에 형성된 적어도 하나의 원형 홈(28)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 원형 홈(28)은 실질적으로 "V"자 형상의 단면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 각 파이프(19)가 상기 "V"자 형상의 단면의 선단부를 포함하는 영역에서 종료되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수렴성 부분(12)의 적어도 하나의 제 1 표면(30)은 부분적인 보호 코팅을 구비하며, 또한 상기 홈(28)을 포함하는 상기 수렴성 부분(12)의 제 2 표면(31)은 완전 보호 코팅에 의해 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 표면(30)이 상기 홈(28)으로부터 상대적으로 이격되어 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수렴성 부분(12)이 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)의 케이싱(11)에 분리가능하게 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,기둥형 지지체(29)를 더 포함하며, 상기 지지체(29)내에는 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)내로 가스 연료를 유입시키기 위한 덕트(22)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 기둥형 지지체(29)내에는 분배 챔버에서 종지되고 상기 파이프(19)와 연통되는 것으로 파일럿 연료를 유입시키기 위한 제 2 덕트(18)가 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 수렴성 부분(12)내에 다음 연소를 위해 최적인 혼합물의 흐름이 형성되며, 상기 혼합물의 흐름은 상기 연료 혼합물에 적당한 난류를 부여할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 로터(23)에 의해 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 파이프(19)에 속하는 상기 구멍(20)은 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)의 케이싱(11)에 대해서 환형 방향으로 등거리로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홈(28)이 상기 파이프(19)에 연결된 영역을 구비하며, 상기 영역은 실질적으로 경사진, 즉 원뿔체의 형상이며, 사전결정된 값의 간격내로 선택된 정점(T)에서 적어도 하나의 각도, 특히 115°와 85° 사이의 각도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
- 가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버(10)로서, 상기 가스 터빈은 터빈에 연결된 적어도 하나의 압축기와 연소실을 포함하는 형태이며, 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)는 상기 연소실 내측에서 연소가 이뤄지게 하도록 위치된 수렴형 부분(12)을 구비하며, 대응하는 파이프에 의해 공급된 액체 연료 인젝터는 상기 예혼합 챔버(10)와 결합되어 있는, 가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버에 있어서,상기 예혼합 챔버(10)의 상기 수렴성 부분(12)의 정면 영역이 적어도 하나의 원형 홈(28)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는가스 터빈용 예혼합 챔버.
