Claims (2)
- 염화비닐계 수지, 발포제, 발포 조제, 내열안정제, 활제, 가공 조제, 충격 보강제, 가소제, 안료, 충진제를 포함하는 경질 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 발포 쉬이트용 수지 조성물에 있어서,상기 염화비닐계 수지로는 염화비닐 단독 중합체, 염화비닐과 초산비닐의 공중합체, 염화비닐과 아크릴산 에스테르의 공중합체 및 염화비닐과 에틸렌의 공중합체로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의, 중합도 700~900인 염화비닐계 수지 100 parts를,상기 발포제로는 아조 디카본아마이드, 디니트로소 펜타메틸렌 테트라민, 및 옥시 비스 벤젠 설포닐 하이드라지드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 발포제 0.1 내지 2 phr를,상기 발포 조제로는 요소계 조제, 파라톨루엔 징크 설페이트, 징크 스테아레이트, 징크 로레이트, 징크 옥토에이트, 징크 카보네이트, 징크 프로피오네이트, 바륨 스테아레이트, 바륨 리시놀케이트, 칼슘 스테아레이트, 칼슘 카보네이트, 트리베이직 레드 설페이트, 디베이직 레드 포스파이트, 디베이직 레드 스테아레이트, 레드 옥사이드, 카드뮴 아세토 아세테이트, 카드뮴 도데실 머캡타이드, 카드뮴 바륨 로레이트, 카드뮴 아밀 포스파이트, 카드뮴 옥사이드, 틴 메톡시 말레에이트, 디부틸 틴 말레에이트, 스트론튬 나프테네이트, 스트론튬 징크 로레이트, 마그네슘 옥사이드, 아세트산, 석시닉산, 살리실산, 아세틸 살리실산, 설파믹산, 로랄킬 인산, 말릭산, 무수 포타슘 카보네이트 및 보락스로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 발포 조제 0.1 내지 2 phr를,상기 내열안정제로는 Ba의 유기산 금속염, Pb의 유기산 금속염, Zn의 유기산 금속염, Ca의 유기산 금속염, Cd의 유기산 금속염 및 Sn의 유기산 금속염으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 내열안정제 1 내지 3 phr를,상기 활제로는 스테아르산, 디베이직 레드 스테아레이트, 디베이직 레드 포스파이트 및 칼슘 스테아레이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상과 에폭시화 지방산 에스테르, 중저분자량 지방산 에스테르, 고분자량 폴리에틸렌 왁스 및 몬탄 왁스로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 활제 0.3 내지 7 phr를,상기 가공 조제로는 메틸 메타크릴레이트 0.5 내지 5 phr를,상기 충격 보강제로는 메틸 메타크릴레이트/부틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔/스타이렌 공중합체 및 메틸 메타크릴레이트/부타디엔/스타이렌 공중합체로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 충격 보강제 0.5 내지 5 phr를,상기 가소제로는 에폭시화 콩 오일, 에폭시화 아마인 오일, 디 아이소노닐 아디페이트, 디 옥틸 세바케이트, 세바식 산, 에틸렌 글리콜, 프로판 디올, 부탄 디올, 네오펜틸 글리콜로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 가소제 1 내지 3 phr를,상기 안료로는 백색 안료인 루타일 타입의 이산화 티탄 1 내지 10 phr를,상기 충진제로는 탄산 칼슘 및 탈크로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 충진제 2 내지 10 phr를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경질 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 발포 쉬이트용 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항 기재의 경질 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 발포 쉬이트용 수지 조성물을 압출기의 호퍼로 공급한 후 150~195 ℃로 가열된 배럴과 T-다이를 통과시킨 다음 냉각 롤을 거쳐 가공함으로써 얻은 균일하게 분포된 독립기포를 갖고 표면이 유려한, 발포율 30~60 %, 밀도 0.6~1.0 g/cm3의 경질 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 발포 쉬이트.
