- 삭제
- 금속판에 문자를 형성시키는 방법으로서,금속판의 표면에 복수의 색상을 가지도록 다중박막 증착층을 형성하는 패턴칼라층 형성단계(S10)와,패턴칼라층 상에 문자 패턴을 인쇄하는 패턴 프린트층 형성단계(S20)와,금속판의 표면을 이온화시키기 위한 이온화 처리단계(S30)와,패턴칼라층 상에 배경 색상을 증착하는 배경칼라층 형성단계(S40) 및세정액으로 상기 프린트층을 제거하는 프린트층 제거단계(S50)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 칼라패턴 프린팅 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 패턴칼라층은 다중 색상의 제1칼라 증착공정(S11)과 경화 처리공정(S12)을 포함하되, 증착공정(S11)은 온도 130∼200℃ 범위 내에서 30∼50분 방치되고, 경화 처리공정(S12)은 90∼150℃ 범위에서 10∼20분간 방치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 칼라패턴 프린팅 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 프린트층은 패드인쇄 또는 실크인쇄를 통해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 칼라패턴 프린팅 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 이온화 처리단계는 표면개질을 위한 플라즈마 처리공정(S31), 표면 수분 제거를 위한 열 경화공정(S32) 및 표면 이온화공정(S33)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 칼라패턴 프린팅 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 열 경화공정(S32)은 80∼120℃ 온도범위 하에서 1시간30분∼2시간30분 방치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 칼라패턴 프린팅 방법.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 표면 이온화공정(S33)은 이온증착 장비 내에서 4.9×10-5 TORR 압력과 130∼160℃ 온도 하에서 20∼40분간 방치된 후, 동일 온도조건 하에서 1∼3분간 이온빔에 조사되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 칼라패턴 프린팅 방법.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 배경칼라층은 제2칼라 증착공정(S41)과 경화 처리공정(S42)을 포함하되, 증착 공정은 온도 130∼200℃ 범위 내에서 30∼50분 방치되고, 경화 처리는 90∼150℃ 범위에서 10∼20분 방치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속표면의 칼라패턴 프린팅 방법.
