Claims (10)
- 투명한 기저필름(10);상기 기저필름의 일면 또는 양면에 형성되며, 전도성 고분자 0.05-10 중량%, 고분자 바인더 5-40 중량%, 및 희석제인 용매 50-94.95 중량%를 포함하는 조성물을 코팅하여 형성되는 투명한 대전방지층(11); 및상기 기저필름(10) 또는 상기 대전방지층(11)의 일면에 형성되는 이형층(12);을 포함하며, 점착 및 제거가 용이하며 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형층(12)이 상기 대전방지층(11)의 일면에 형성되는 경우 상기 대전방지층(11)이 자외선 경화 방법에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이형층(12)이 상기 대전방지층(11)의 일면에 형성되는 경우 상기 대전방지층(11)과 이형층(12)이 하나의 층으로 결합되어 단일의 대전방지 및 이형층(15)으로 형성되며, 그리고상기 대전방지 및 이형층(15)은 전도성 고분자로서 폴리 3,4-에틸렌 디옥시 티오펜 고분자 및 상기 전도성 고분자와 사용성이 좋은 이형제를 자외선 경화 바인더와 혼합하여 자외선 경화하여 가시광선 투과도가 우수하면서 불순물의 이행성이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지층(11)이 전도성 고분자를 유효성분으로 하여 자외선 경화 또는 열경화에 의한 코팅방법으로 코팅되어 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기저필름(10)은 이축연신된 폴리에스터 필름, 이축연신된 폴리프로필렌필름, 폴리아마이드인 나이론계열 필름 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지층(11), 상기 이형층(12), 또는 상기 대전방지층(11) 및 상기 이형층(12)이 0.05~2 미크론의 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 상기 조성물 100 중량부 기준으로 하여, 증점제 1-5 중량부, 고비점 용매 1-5 중량부, 분산제 1-5중량부, 및 접착 및 윤활제 0.01-0.1중량부가 하나 이상 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 대전방지층(11)이 자외선 경화법을 이용하여 형성되는 경우, 상기 대전방지층(11)이 전도성 고분자 0.05-20 중량%, 자외선 경화형 올리고머 또는 모너머 10-50 중량%, 광개시제 0.5-5 중량%, 용매 25-89.45 중량%를 포함하는 자외선 경화형 조성물을 코팅하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기저 필름(10)의 표면을 코로나 처리하여 표면장력이 최소 35 다인/제곱센티미터 이상이 되도록 하여 젖음성 및 접착력을 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 대전방지 및 이물 방지 기능을 갖는 보호필름.
