Claims (5)
- 게이트 구동장치 및 상기 게이트 구동장치의 쉬프트 레지스터에 연결된 다수의 게이트 라인을 구비하는 액정표시장치에 있어서,상기 다수의 게이트 라인에 연결된 검출부를 구비하며,상기 검출부는 상기 다수의 게이트 라인에 각각 대응하여 연결되며, 래치 형태로 연결된 한 쌍의 다이오드를 다수 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다수의 쌍을 이루는 다이오드는 하나의 검출 라인에 공통으로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 다이오드는, 게이트 단자 및 드레인 단자가 공통으로 연결되는 트래지스터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 검출부는, 상기 게이트 구동장치의 타측에 구비되거나, 또는 상기 게이트 구동장치와 게이트 라인 사이에 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 게이트 구동장치에 연결된 다수의 게이트 라인을 구비하는 액정표시장치의 어레이를 테스트하기 위한 방법에 있어서,상기 다수의 게이트 라인에 래치 형태로 연결된 한 쌍의 다이오드를 각각 연결하는 단계; 및상기 게이트 구동장치에 입력신호를 인가하여 게이트 신호가 상기 다수의 게이트 라인에 순차적으로 인가되도록 하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 어레이 테스트 방법.
