Claims (6)
- 금함유 처리수 유입관(11) 및 배출 회수관(13)이 설치되는 드럼(10) 내에 양극(+) 및 음극(-) 전극판(30)이 설치되어 전기분해에 의하여 금함유 처리수에서 금을 추출하는 금회수장치에 있어서,상기 드럼(10)에는 유입관(11) 및 회수관(13)이 설치되는 양측에 각각 외측으로부터 여과망(21)와 다공판 형태의 양극판(31) 또는 음극판(33)이 설치되고,상기 양극판(31)과 음극판(33) 사이에 금흡착수단(40)이 거치되며상기 금흡착수단(40)의 응결을 방지하기 위하여 구동장치(51)에 의하여 회동되는 축(53)에 1조 이상의 교반날개(55)가 구비된 교반기(50)와,상기 교반기 축(53)에 설치되며 전극판(30)을 청소하기 위한 브러쉬(61)가 상기 드럼(10) 내부에 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 흡착수단이 구비되는 전기분해 금회수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 드럼(10)은 수직설치되며 유입관(11)과 양극판(31)이 하방에, 회수관(13)과 음극판(33)은 상부에 설치되어 처리수 및 금입자가 상향 이동되고,상기 브러쉬(61)는 상기 양극판(31) 측에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 흡착수단이 구비되는 전기분해 금회수장치.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 양극판(31)과 음극판(33)은 별도의 제어부에 의하여 제어되는 전극전환수단과 연결되어 극성이 설정시간 간격으로 전환되며, 상기 교반기(50) 및 브러쉬(61)는 양측 전극판(30)에 별도로 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 흡착수단이 구비되는 전기분해 금회수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금흡착수단(40)은 음이온수지(41)인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡착수단이 구비되는 전기분해 금회수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 금흡착수단(40)은 비자성체(43a)에 액상의 흡착물질(43b)을 코팅하여 피막처리된 금흡착보올(43)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 흡착수단이 구비되는 전기분해 금회수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서상기 드럼(10)은 다수가 연결관(15)을 통하여 연결 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 흡착수단이 구비되는 전기분해 금회수장치.
