Abstract
Description

Claims (11)
- 물품이 위조된 것인지를 결정하는 방법에 있어서,(a) 구조화된 다층 표면(textured multilayered surface)(2)을 제공하는 단계;(b) 상기 표면(2)의 반사 특성들을 결정하는 단계로서, 상기 반사는 상기 표면의 상기 다층들의 경계면들로부터의 다중 반사들에 기인한 것인, 상기 결정 단계; 및(c) 상기 표면(2)이 위조된 것인지를 결정하기 위하여, 상기 반사 특성들을 예상 특성들에 매칭하는 단계를 포함하는, 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)는 파장-의존성 반사들을 결정하는 단계를 포함하는, 결정 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)는 2개의 다른 입사각들로 반사된 색을 관찰하는 단계를 포함하는, 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단계(b)는 반사광의 편광 상태의 변화를 검출하는 단계를 포함하는, 결정 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 구조화된 표면(2)은 한 측부에 침착된 적어도 2개의 층들(3, 4)을 가지는 투명한 또는 흡수성의 기판(1)으로 구성되고, 상기 층들은 선택된 파장/색이 투과되고 또는 반사되도록, 다른 굴절율을 갖는, 결정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 구조화(texturing)는 사인 곡선 파형의 피트들(pits) 또는 웰들(well)(10)로 구성되는, 결정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 피트들 또는 웰들(10)의 직경 또는 상기 파형의 피크들간의 거리는 4 광 파장보다 크고 200 광 파장보다 작은, 결정 방법.
- 한 측부에 침착된 적어도 2개의 층들(3, 4)을 가지는 투명한 기판(1)을 포함하는 구조화된 표면(2)에 있어서,상기 층들은 다른 굴절율을 가지며 상기 층들이나 기판은 선택된 파장/색들이 투과되도록 구조화되어 있으며,상기 구조화는 피트들 또는 웰들(10)을 포함하거나 또는 사인 곡선 파형(11,12)이고,상기 피트들 또는 웰들의 직경 또는 상기 파형의 피크들간의 거리는 4 광 파장보다 크고 200 광 파장보다 작은, 구조화된 표면.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 피트들 또는 웰들(10)의 직경 또는 상기 파형의 피크들간의 거리는 200 광 파장보다 작은, 구조화된 표면.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 구조화된 표면을 포함하는 보안 장치.
