The present invention relates to an ocher block and a method for manufacturing the ocher block, and in particular, an ocher block having an environmentally friendly function by employing an ocher material in construction and civil engineering blocks, and blending and curing glazes so that cracks do not occur. It relates to a manufacturing method.

In general, the molding process of the sidewalk block, which is an example of a building and civil engineering block, uses a separate tool (brush) when cement and mortar are put into a mold, a pigment and a pigment layer are formed on it, and a patterned molding plate attached to the bottom of the press is cleaned with demolding oil. , Roller), and has a process of picking up the sidewalk block by applying pressure to a mold plate containing heavy mortar and putting it in a pressurizer.

Through these processes, the sidewalk block photographed through the curing process is moved to a certain place and dried.

According to the amount of water in the manufacturing method of the sidewalk block, it is divided into dry and wet method. Among them, the wet method is mainly made of formwork method and is made by putting water in bulk and kneading. In addition, if the defective product after the manufacturing process is completed, there was a disadvantage that it is difficult to recycle.

On the other hand, the dry method is mainly made by using a vibrating high pressure mold. Since a small amount of water is kneaded, the dry method has the advantage of being able to recycle again after crushing even if a defective product is produced due to its almost no moisture. The situation is favored.

By the way, in the conventional manufacturing method of the block, when employing the environmentally friendly ocher, when using only the ocher material is produced in the form of blocks only when baked at high temperature, there is a risk of cracking due to the characteristics of the ocher material Not only that, there is a problem that the work time is consumed a lot and productivity is lowered.

The present invention has been proposed to solve the above problems in view of the above, the object of the loess block and its manufacture to increase the productivity while the crack does not occur while adopting the ocher material which is environmentally friendly material To provide a way.

In addition, the present invention is blended with 40 to 60 parts by weight of cement, 30 to 50 parts by weight of aggregate, 8 to 15 parts by weight of stone, 8 to 15 parts by weight of iron oxide, 0.1 to 1.0 parts by weight of rosin, based on 100 parts by weight of ocher material, The blended materials are kneaded and coated with 10 to 25 parts by weight of diluted water, respectively.

In addition, the present invention is to further contain 0.04 to 0.07 parts by weight of cement admixtures in the diluted water glaze.

On the other hand, the manufacturing method of the ocher block which is another feature of the present invention is put into the press mold with the top opened in the state of kneading by diluting water after mixing the materials of ocher, cement, sand, stone powder, iron oxide, rosin Step being made,

After the molded product is separated from the mold, the step of curing curing in a curing room at a room temperature of 65 ~ 95 ℃.

본 발명의 또 다른 특징은 황토, 시멘트, 골재, 석분, 산화철, 로진의 재료들이 배합되고 유약이 희석된 물에 의해 반죽된 상태로 상부가 개구된 프레스 금형내에 투입하는 단계와,Another feature of the present invention is the step of putting in the press mold, the top of which is opened in the state of kneading by the water of the ocher, cement, aggregate, stone powder, iron oxide, rosin compounded and the glaze diluted;

The water 210 is kneaded by 10 to 25 parts by weight has a configuration that is coated to form a film on the outer peripheral surface of each material.

The glaze diluted water 210 employs a mixture of glaze and water in a ratio of about 1: 2 to 6 in consideration of viscosity, which combines a viscous liquid to increase binding force between materials. In addition, as it receives sunlight or light, it has a function of reflecting light to give it a beautiful appearance.

In addition, it is preferable that the cement admixture further contains 0.04 to 0.07 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the loess 110 in the water 210 in which the glaze is diluted.

The admixture has a function of softening and agglomerating each material due to fluidity, water tightness, water resistance, and powdering effect, while smoothing a rough surface by reducing unit quantity bleeding by entraining fine bubbles with its own surface activity. As an example, it would be desirable to employ rosin sodium chloride composed of known natural polycarboxylic acids.

On the other hand, the vibrator (B) for applying left and right vibration to the mold (M) is provided with a 32 horsepower motor close to the left and right of the mold (M), respectively, to give a vibration force of about 2.0 Richter intensity It can employ | adopt.

In addition, in another embodiment of the present invention ocher block (ocher cement brick), as shown in Figure 5, unlike the embodiment described above, the sand 160 is to be entered instead of the aggregate 130, that is, ocher (110) 40 to 60 parts by weight of cement 120, 30 to 50 parts by weight of sand 160, 8 to 15 parts by weight of stone powder 140, 8 to 15 parts by weight of iron oxide 150, 0.1 to 1.0 parts by weight of rosin is blended, and the blended materials are kneaded with 10 to 25 parts by weight of water 210 in which the glaze is diluted to form a film on the outer circumferential surface of each material.

In addition, the content of the ratio of the glaze and water and the admixture is the same as the above-described embodiment will be omitted.

The manufacturing method of the ocher cement brick according to another embodiment of the present invention is the same as the manufacturing method of one embodiment described above with reference to FIG. 4, as shown in FIG. 6, except that curing is carried out in a curing room in a curing drying process, or natural curing is dried at room temperature. Alternatively, the method may be dried.

As described above, the present invention adopts an eco-friendly and beneficial human body material, and is intended to suppress the occurrence of cracks by using glaze, and according to the present invention, in the building and civil engineering blocks (brick, block), loess and glaze By employing, not only the far-infrared rays which are beneficial to the human body are emitted from the ocher material, but also have a useful effect of preventing cracking after curing of the ocher material.
In addition, since each film has a structural characteristic of forming a film by diluting glaze on the outer circumferential surface of the materials, it is possible to additionally obtain an effect of preventing the exposure of cement to the outside of the materials. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art to improve the binding force between the materials to increase the bending strength and the compressive strength.
