Claims (2)
- 기판 상에 소정 금속막을 증착하는 단계;상기 금속막 상에 감광막을 도포, 노광 및 현상하여 상기 금속막의 소정 부분들을 노출시키는 감광막 패턴을 형성하는 단계;상기 감광막 패턴을 마스크로해서 노출된 금속막 부분들의 일부 두께를 식각하는 단계;상기 감광막 패턴을 제거하는 단계; 및상기 금속막을 재차 식각하여 표면 요철을 갖는 반사 전극을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 반사형 액정표시장치의 반사 전극 형성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속막은, Al막, Ag막, MoW막, Al-Nd 합금막 및 Cr막으로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 어느 하나의 막으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프린지 필드 스위칭 모드 반사형 액정표시장치의 반사 전극 형성방법.
