Claims (5)
- 가감속을 실시하기 전에 사용자가 지정한 바이어스 속도를 검증하여 미리 입력된 모터의 한계 바이어스 속도 보다 사용자가 지정한 바이어스 속도가 높은 경우 자체 연산을 통해 획득한 바이어스 속도를 바이어스 속도로 설정하는 단계와;가감속 구간에 대한 동작 시점을 획득하고, 가감속 구간을 임의로 나눈 하위 구간마다 현재 위치 정보와 속도 정보를 이용하여 구동할 속도를 재 계산하여 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 가감속 운전 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 바이어스 속도를 설정하는 단계는, 사용자가 지정하는 바이어스 속도와 목표 속도 및 감속구간의 감속 시간을 이용하여 연산한 바이어스 속도를 비교하여 더 높은 바이어스 속도를 운전 속도 연산에 이용하도록 설정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 가감속 운전 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연산에 사용될 바이어스 속도가 기 입력된 실제 모터의 물리적인 최대 바이어스 속도보다 높은 경우 모터 운전을 실시하지 않고 사용자에게 이러한 사실을 통보하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모터의 가감속 운전 방법.
