Claims (7)
- 외부와 연결된 관을 통해 농도가 묽은 용액을 공급받아 증기와 농도가 진한 용액을 배출하도록 개구가 형성된 탱크와, 상기 탱크에 공급된 묽은 용액이 지나면서 외부에서 분사되는 화염으로 가열되도록 형성된 가열로와, 상기 가열로에서 가열된 용액이 합류되도록 가열로의 하부에 형성된 저장부로 이루어진 저장수단과, 상기 저장수단에 공급된 상기 용액의 일부는 상기 가열로에 분사되는 화염의 초반부를 교차하면서 냉열을 전달하도록 가열로의 초반부를 통과하면서 상기 가열수단에서 발생되는 화염의 온도를 떨어뜨리도록 탱크와 저장부 사이로 결합된 제1용액관부와, 상기 제1용액관부의 전방에서 제1용액관부에서 온도가 떨어진 화염의 열이 차단되도록 가열로에 형성되는 단열공간과; 상기 제1용액관부와 상기 단열공간으로 이격되어 화염의 열을 전달받도록 가열로를 교차 통과하는 제2용액관부로 이루어지는 전열수단과, 상기 전열수단에 화염으로 열을 가하도록 상기 저장수단에 설치되는 가열수단을 포함하여 이루어지는 표면연소버너 적용 고온 재생기에 있어서,상기 제2용액관부에는 화염의 연소가스가 난류를 형성하여 열교환 효율을 높일 수 있도록 가로로 길게 형성된 지지대와, 상기 지지대와 수직으로 형성된 리브(rib)로 이루어진 배플(baffles)이 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면연소버너 적용 고온 재생기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제2용액관부는 타원형관으로 이루어지고, 상기 타원형관에는 열전달 면적이 확보되도록 둘레에 핀이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면연소버너 적용 고온 재생기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 배플(baffles)의 리브는 제2용액관부가 통과하고 화염이 가해지는 가열로에서 상류보다는 하류에 더 촘촘이 지지대에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면연소버너 적용 고온 재생기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가열수단은 연료를 연소하는 공기가 가열로로 유동되도록 가압공기를 제공하는 송풍부와;상기 송풍부에서 가압되어 공급된 공기에 연료가 혼합되도록 하는 혼합부와;상기 혼합부에서 혼합된 연료와 공기의 유동을 개폐하는 개폐막과, 상기 개폐막를 지난 연료와 공기의 혼합물이 통과하는 다공판과, 상기 다공판을 통과한 연료와 공기의 혼합물이 통과하며 소결공정으로 형성된 금속섬유매트로 이루어져 연료의 공기의 혼합물을 연소시켜 화염이 분사되도록 하는 연소부를 포함하여 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면연소버너 적용 고온 재생기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 연소부에서 발생되는 화염은 질소산화물의 발생이 적도록 화염길이가 150~250mm사이로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면연소버너 적용 고온 재생기.
