Claims (3)
- 충진 공정, 가열 공정, 냉각 공정 및 이형 공정을 포함하는 진공 성형 방법에 있어서,상기 가열 공정은,상기 금형에 스팀을 중력 방향으로 통과시켜 금형에 가열 분위기를 조성하는 금형가열 단계;고정 금형으로부터 스팀을 유입시켜 성형품에 통과시킨 후 이동 금형의 배기구로 배기하는 1차 가열 단계;이동 금형으로부터 스팀을 유입시켜 성형품에 통과시킨 후 고정 금형의 배기구로 배기하는 2차 가열 단계;상기 고정 금형과 이동 금형으로부터 동시에 스팀을 유입시키는 3차 가열 단계; 및상기 3차 가열 단계에서 유입된 스팀을 배기시키지 않고 성형품에 가하는 보열 단계를 포함하는 발포 스티로폴의 진공 성형 방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 냉각 공정은,상기 보열 단계 이후 상기 고정 금형과 이동 금형에 냉각수를 공급하여 성형품을 냉각시키는 냉각수 공급 단계; 및상기 금형 내부를 진공 상태로 만드는 진공 단계를 포함하는 발포 스티로폴의 진공 성형 방법.
