Claims (4)
- 건축용 조립식 방화 판넬에 있어서,규산질 원료, 석회질 원료, 시멘트, 분말생석회, 석고, 알루미늄 기포제를 혼합한 후 발포시키는 ALC 공법에 의해 경량 기포 콘크리트 보드를 형성하고, 상기한 경량 기포 콘크리트 보드의 외측면에는 금속재질의 외피를 씌운 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 조립식 방화 판넬.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기한 경량 기포 콘크리트 보드는 규산질 원료 55~65중량%, 시멘트 15~30중량%, 석고 3~6중량%, 알루미늄 발포제 0.05~0.1중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 조립식 방화 판넬.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기한 경량 기포 콘크리트 보드와 외피 사이에는 결합재로서 경질 우레탄층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 조립식 방화 판넬.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기한 경량 기포 콘크리트 보드의 중간부분에는 철근, 와이어 메쉬, 탄소섬유 중에서 선택되는 보강재가 매설된 것을 특징으로 하는 건축용 조립식 방화 판넬.
