Abstract
Description
상기 b)단계의 담지 전 또는 후에 담지체를 일정형태로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법을 제공한다.
Claims (14)
- 세라믹 필터의 제조방법에 있어서,a)ⅰ) 탄화규소, 알루미나, 실리마나이트, 카올린, 실리카, 티타니아, 및 규조토로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는세라믹 분말 25 내지 60 중량부;ⅱ) 점토 10 내지 40 중량부;ⅲ) 탄소, 활성탄, 목재분말, 소금, 나프탈렌, 및 활석으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 조공제 5 내지 40 중량부;ⅳ) 프리트(frit), 및 탄산바륨(BaCO3)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 무기바인더 또는 MAP(mono aluminium phosphate), 물풀(water binder), 폴리비닐부티랄, 폴리비닐알코올, 및 폴리비닐아세테이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 유기바인더 1 내지 20 중량부; 및ⅴ) 분산액 20 내지 60 중량부를 혼합하여 슬러리를 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 a)단계에서 제조한 슬러리를 부직포, 직포 또는 스폰지인 담지체에 담지시켜 성형물을 제조하는 단계;c) 상기 b)단계에서 슬러리가 담지된 성형물을 건조하는 단계; 및d) 상기 c)단계에서 건조된 성형물을 소결하는 단계를 포함하며,상기 b)단계의 담지 전 또는 후에 담지체를 일정형태로 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a)단계의 ⅰ) 세라믹 분말이 알루미나, 탄화규소, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 부직포가 다공성 구조의 폴리에스테르, 아라미드, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드, 홈-아크릴, 폴리이미드, PTFE, 비스코스, 천연섬유, 유리섬유, 세라믹섬유, 및 금속섬유로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 성형물이 원형튜브 형상, 방사형 절곡 튜브 형상, 또는 사각 튜브형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b)단계의 성형물이 성형틀에 탈형필름을 결합한 후 상기 b)단계의 담지체를 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 건조가 적외선 건조하여 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 d)단계의 소결이 150∼450 ℃의 온도에서는 0.5 내지 1 ℃/min의 속도 로 상승시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 필터가 원형, 사각형, 또는 방사형 절곡 튜브 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 세라믹 필터가 소각로 또는 화장터의 집진장치, 엔진 배기가스의 집진장치, 자동차 배기가스 촉매담체, 또는 휘발성 유기화합물 제거장치용인 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹 필터.
