- 진공유리관(밀폐용기)에 발열체로 탄소체(카본사 필라멘트)를 내장시켜 전원을 외부단자로 공급토록 이루어진 전기스토브용 가열램프에서,탄소체는 탄소사를 포함하여 편직한 중공의 관체형 탄소끈관(30)을 포함하는 카본사램프 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,탄소끈관(30)의 표면에 코팅되어 편직된 탄소사를 상호 고정시키는 코팅층(40)을 부가한 것을 특징으로 하는 카본사램프 히터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탄소사(6)대신 탄소사(6) 단위다발(탄소속체)을 사용하여 편직한 것을 특징으로 하는 카본사램프 히터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 코팅층(40)은 카본 코팅이나 세라믹 코팅 중의 일 종 인 것을 특징으로 하는 카본사램프 히터.
- 탄소사와 섬유사로 편직한 중공의 관체형을 이루도록 편직하는 탄소끈관 제조과정;탄소끈관 표면에 내열성 코팅층을 코팅 및 건조하는 코팅과정; 및코팅한 탄소끈관을 섭씨1000~3500도로 가열하여 일반 섬유사를 소성하고 탄소끈관 표면이 망체형을 이루도록 하는 소성과정을 포함하여 수행하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는 카본사램프 히터용 탄소끈관 제조방법.
