Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 배터리로부터 인가되는 배터리 전압을 승압시키는 부스팅부;상기 승압된 배터리 전압을 검출하고, 상기 검출된 배터리 전압에 대한 정보를 상기 부스팅부에 전송하는 승압 전압 검출부; 및상기 부스팅부 및 상기 승압 전압 검출부에 연결되는 출력 선택부를 포함하되,상기 부스팅부는 상기 승압 전압 검출부로부터 전송된 정보에 따라 상기 부스팅부의 승압률을 조정하여 상기 승압된 배터리 전압을 기설정된 전압까지 승압시키며, 상기 출력 선택부는 상기 기설정된 전압을 제 1 디스플레이 소자 및 제 2 디스플레이 소자에 선택적으로 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 승압 전압 검출부는 제 1 저항과 이에 직렬로 연결되면서 상호 병렬로 연결된 복수의 제 2 저항들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 승압 전압 검출부는 제 2 저항들 중 하나에 연결된 제 1 스위치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 출력 선택부는 상기 제 1 스위치(T1)에 연결된 제 2 스위치(T2) 및 제 3 스위치(T3)를 포함하되, 상기 제 2 스위치(T2) 및 제 3 스위치(T3)는 상호간 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 스위치들은 모스 트랜지스터들인 것을 특징으로 하 는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 출력 선택부는,상기 제 1 스위치(T1)와 연결되는 제 2 스위치(T2) 및 인버터; 및상기 인버터에 직렬로 연결된 제 3 스위치(T3)를 포함하되,상기 제 2 스위치(T2)와 상기 인버터는 상호간 병렬로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 스위치는 피-모스 트랜지스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 저항들은 2개의 저항들로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 디스플레이 소자는 액정 표시 장치이고 상기 제 2 디스플레이 소자는 유기 전계 발광 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 장치.
- 배터리 전압을 제 1 승압률을 가지고 승압시키는 단계;상기 승압된 배터리 전압을 검출하는 단계;상기 검출된 배터리 전압에 따라 상기 검출된 배터리 전압에 상응하는 제 2 승압률을 가지고 상기 배터리 전압을 승압시키는 단계; 및상기 제 2 승압률을 가지고 승압된 배터리 전압을 제 1 디스플레이 소자 및 제 2 디스플레이 소자에 선택적으로 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 승압된 배터리 전압을 검출하는 단계는,상기 승압된 배터리 전압을 가지는 노드에 직렬로 연결된 제 1 저항(R1) 및 상기 제 1 저항(R1)에 연결되면서 상호 병렬로 연결되는 제 2 저항들(R2 및 R3)을 이용하여 상기 승압된 배터리 전압을 검출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 저항들은 2개의 저항들(R1 및 R2)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 디스플레이 소자는 액정 표시 장치이고 상기 제 2 디스플레이 소자는 유기 전계 발광 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 전원 공급 방법.
