Claims (5)
- 제1 LAN과, 제2 LAN과, 상기 제1 LAN과 상기 제2 LAN의 사이에 접속된 분리 수단 및 기억 수단을 구비하며,상기 분리 수단은 상기 제1 LAN 및 상기 제2 LAN 각각에 접속되며, 또한, 상기 기억 수단으로의 일 방향만의 신호 전달을 가능하게 하는 제1 네트워크 카드 및 제2 네트워크 카드를 구비하고, 상기 제1 LAN 및 상기 제2 LAN이 상호 영향을 미치지 않도록 분리함과 동시에, 상기 제1 LAN 및 상기 제2 LAN 양쪽으로부터 상기 기억 수단에 액세스 가능하게 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 네트워크 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분리 수단은 상기 제1 LAN으로부터 제2 LAN에 액세스할 수 있도록 그 설정이 변경 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 네트워크 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 LAN은 공장측 LAN이고, 상기 제2 LAN은 장치측 LAN인 것을 특징으로 하는 네트워크 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 LAN은 통신 회선을 통하여 상기 제2 LAN의 보수를 행하는 서비스 센터와 접속 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 네트워크 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2 LAN은 제조 장치, 검사 장치 또는 하전 입자 빔 장치를 구성하는 LAN인 것을 특징으로 하는 네트워크 시스템.
