Claims (5)
- 파낙사디올과 파낙사트리올을 흡착 크로마토그래피로 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 분리용 흡착 크로마토그래피 수지로서 메타아크릴레이트계 수지(methacrylate type resin)를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파낙사디올과 파낙사트리올의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 불순물제거 및 진세노사이드의 순차적 분리를 위해 전개용매로 물, 에탄올 중 1종 이상을 용출용매로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파낙사디올과 파낙사트리올의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조사포닌 함량 20-50배(v/w)의 메타아크릴레이트계 수지로 컬럼을 형성시키고, 메타아크릴레이트계 수지 부피 10-15배, 5~10% 주정으로 비사포닌 성분을 제거한 후 메타아크릴레이트계 수지 부피 5-10배, 15-20% 주정으로 파낙사트리올을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파낙사디올과 파낙사트리올의 분리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파낙사트리올 분리 공정 이후 메타아크릴레이트계 수지 부피 10-15배, 30~40% 주정으로 파낙사디올을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파낙사디올과 파낙사트리올의 분리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 파낙사트리올 분리공정 이후 파낙사디올 분리공정 이전에 트리올과 디올의 혼합 분획은 메타아크릴레이트계 수지 부피 3-5배, 25% 주정으로 세척하여 파낙사트리올과 파낙사디올이 함께 나오는 부분을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파낙사디올과 파낙사트리올의 분리방법.
