Claims (20)
- 공냉식 구성부품(10)에 있어서,상기 구성부품(10)의 표면(14)에 의해 형성된 적어도 하나의 냉각 통로(10)로서, 상기 표면(14)의 적어도 하나의 부분은 매트릭스 재료내에 함께 직조된 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 세트의 토우(toe)(20, 22)를 포함하는 복합 재료에 의해 형성되고, 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)는 서로 나란하며, 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)는 서로 나란하고 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)와 교차하며, 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)는 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)를 위와 아래로 횡단하여 통과하는, 상기 적어도 하나의 냉각 통로(10)와,적어도 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)의 인접한 토우(20) 사이에 배치된 삽입 부재(24, 26)에 의해 상기 냉각 통로(12)의 상기 표면(14)에서 일체식으로 형성되는 표면 형상부(18)로서, 상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)가 상기 제 1 세트의 인접한 토우(20)보다 큰 단면 크기를 가짐으로써, 상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 상기 표면 형상부(18)가 직접 둘러싸는 상기 표면(14)의 표면 영역에 대하여 상기 냉각 통로(12)내로 돌출하도록 하는, 상기 표면 형상부(18)를 포함하는공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 상기 인접한 토우(20)에 평행하게 그 사이에 배치된 주형 세라믹 삽입물(26)이고, 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)의 횡방향 토우(22)의 위와 아래를 통과하는공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 주형 세라믹 삽입물(26) 및 상기 매트릭스 재료는 동일 재료로 형성된공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 상기 인접한 토우(20)에 평행하게 그 사이에 배치된 토우 부재(24)이고, 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)의 횡방향 토우(22)의 위와 아래를 통과하는공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 토우 부재(24)는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 세트의 토우(20, 22)와 동일한 재료로 형성되는공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)의 토우(20) 대신에 상기 복합 재료내에 존재하며, 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)의 횡방향 토우(22)의 위와 아래를 통과하는공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 상기 냉각 통로(12)를 관통하는 기류 방향에 대해 경사져서 배향되는공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구성부품(10)은 가스 터빈 엔진의 연소기 라이너(10)인공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 구성부품(10)는 상기 가스 터빈 엔진의 에어포일인공냉식 구성부품.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 복합 재료는 세라믹 매트릭스 복합 재료인공냉식 구성부품.
- 구성부품(10)의 표면(14)에 의해 형성된 적어도 하나의 냉각 통로(12)를 구비하는 공냉식 구성부품(10)내에 일체식 표면 형상부(18)를 형성하는 방법으로서, 상기 표면(14)의 적어도 하나의 부분은 매트릭스 재료내에 프리폼(28)을 포함하는 복합 재료에 의해 형성되고, 상기 프리폼(28)는 서로 직조된 적어도 제 1 및 제 2 세트의 토우(20, 22)를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)는 서로 나란하며, 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)는 서로 나란하고 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)를 횡단하며, 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)는 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)를 위와 아래로 횡단하여 통과하는, 일체식 표면 형상부 형성 방법에 있어서,적어도 상기 제 1 세트의 토우(20)의 인접한 토우(20) 사이에 삽입 부재(24, 26)를 위치시킴으로써 상기 냉각 통로(12)의 표면(14)에 상기 일체식 표면 형상부(18)를 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 프리폼(28)내에 돌출부(30)를 형성하고 상기 복합 재료내에 상기 표면 형상부(18)를 형성하도록 상기 인접한 제 1 세트의 인접한 토우(20)보다 큰 단면 크기를 가지며, 상기 표면 형상부(18)는 직접 둘러싸는 상기 표면(14)의 표면 영역에 대하여 상기 냉각 통로(12)내로 돌출하는일체식 표면 형상부 형성 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 상기 인접한 토우(20)와 평행하게 그 사이에 배치된 주형 세라믹 삽입물(26)로 형성되고, 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)의 횡방향 토우(22)의 위와 아래를 통과하는일체식 표면 형상부 형성 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 주형 세라믹 삽입물(26) 및 상기 매트릭스 재료는 동일 재료로 형성된일체식 표면 형상부 형성 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 삽입 부재(24, 26)는 상기 인접한 토우(20)와 평행하게 그 사이에 배치된 토우 부재(24)이고, 상기 제 2 세트의 토우(22)의 횡방향 토우(22)의 위와 아래를 통과하는일체식 표면 형상부 형성 방법.
