Claims (3)
- 횡전계 방식 표시장치에 사용되는 컬러필터 기판의 제조 방법에 있어서,투명성 절연기판상에 블랙매트릭스를 이격분리하여 형성하는 단계;상기 투명성 절연기판상에 R(Red), G(Green) 및 B(Blue) 착색층을 상기 이격분리된 블랙매트릭스 사이에 각각 형성하는 단계; 및상기 블랙매트릭스 및 상기 착색층상에 평탄화를 위한 아크릴계 유기고분자수지 및 에폭시계 유기고분자 수지 중 적어도 하나의 물질에 배향을 위한 폴리아믹엑시드산계 또는 폴리이미드계의 배향제를 혼합한 혼합물을 도포하여 평탄화막을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 횡전계 방식 표시장치에 사용되는 컬러필터 기판의 제조방법.
