Claims (7)
- 광선이 발광되는 투광부(1), 상기 투광부(1)를 통해 투광된 광선중에서 피검물체에서 반사된 광선부분이 입사되어 센싱되는 수광부(2) 및, 상기 투광부(1)와 수광부(20의 전면에 광선이 출입되는 전면창(3)이 설치되며 상기 전면창(3)은 중간의 분할대(31)에 의하여 투광전면창(3a)과 수광전면창(3b)으로 분할 형성되고, 상기 전면창(3)에 투광되는 광선의 빔폭이나 입사되는 광선의 빔을 제한하여 일정 센싱 구역이 형성되도록 하는 빔폭 제한하는 슬릿창(4)이 형성된 차광대(5)를 포함하는 확산형 센서에 있어서,상기 차광대(5)의 슬릿창(4)은 상기 분할대(31)를 중심으로 하여 상하로 분할되어 상기 투광전면창(3a)의 일부와 상기 수광전면창(3b)의 일부만을 개방시키고 상기 투광전면창(3a) 및 상기 수광전면창(3b)의 나머지부분을 폐쇄시키도록 상기 차광대(5)의 중간에 1개가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 확장형 센서
