Claims (5)
- 감습막, 상기 감습막과 전기적 접촉을 유지하는 전극, 상기 전극을 고정시키는 전극스냅 및 상기 전극을 외부와 연결하는 단자를 포함하는 고분자막 습도센서에 있어서, 상기 감습막이 4차 암모늄염과 반응성 3차 아민기를 한분자 내에 포함하는 비닐단량체와 비닐공단량체를 공중합시킨 공중합체를 디할로알칸과 4차암모늄염화반응을 통해 가교화시켜 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 고분자막 습도센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공중합체를 구성하는 4차 암모늄염과 반응성 3차 아민기를 한분자 내에 포함하는 비닐단량체는 공중합체에 20∼90중량%의 양으로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 고분자막 습도센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 공중합체를 구성하는 4차 암모늄염과 반응성 3차 아민기를 한분자 내에 포함하는 비닐단량체는 할로겐을 포함하는 단량체와 디아민화합물로 이루어지며 할로겐을 포함하는 비닐단량체들은 4-클로로메틸스티렌, 2-클로로에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-클로로에틸메타크릴레이트, 4-브로모메틸스티렌, 2-브로모에틸 아크릴레이트, 2-브로모에틸메타크릴레이트, 3-클로로프로필아크릴레이트, 3-클로로프로필메타크릴레이트, 3-브로모프로필아크릴레이트, 3-브로모프로필메타크릴레이트, 4-클로로부틸아크릴레이트, 4-클로로부틸메타크릴레이트, 4-브로모부틸아크릴레이트, 4-브로모부틸메타크릴레이트 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 것과 상기 할로겐을 포함하는 단량체와 반응하여 4차 암모늄염과 3차 아민기를 가지는 단량체를 이루는 디아민 화합물들은 N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸아미노에탄, N,N,N',N'-테트라에틸아미노에탄, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸-1,3-프로판디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라에틸-1,3-프로판디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸-1,4-부탄디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라에틸-1,4-부탄디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸-2-부텐-1,4-디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라에틸-2-부텐-1,4-디아민, 1,3-비스(디메틸아미노)-2-푸로파놀, 1,3-비스(디에틸아미노)-2-푸로파놀, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸-1,3-디아미노부탄, N,N,N',N'-테트라에틸-1,3-디아미노부탄, 1,3-디(4-피리딜)프로판, 4,4'-비피리딜, 2,2'-비피리딜, 1,4-디아자비사이클로[2,2,2]옥탄, N,N'-디메틸피페라진, N,N'-디메틸-1,3-디(4-피페리딜)프로판, 피라진, 피라진아마이드, 4-(N,N-디메틸아미노)피리딘, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라에틸-1,5-펜탄디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라메틸-1,6-헥산디아민, N,N,N',N'-테트라에틸-1,6-헥산디아민 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 고분자막 습도센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 비닐공단량체는 아크릴산 히드록시에틸, 메타크릴산 히드록시에틸, 아크릴산 히드록시프로필, 메타크릴산 히드록시프로필, 아크릴산 히드록시부틸, 메타크릴산 히드록시부틸, 아크릴산 히드록시헥실, 메타크릴산 히드록시헥실 등의 히드록실기 함유 비닐단량체; N,N-디메틸 아크릴아미드, N,N-디메틸 메타크릴아미드 등의 N-치환 아미드계 비닐단량체; 아크릴산 메톡시에틸, 메타크릴산 메톡시에틸, 아크릴산 에톡시에틸, 메타크릴산 에톡시에틸 등의 아크릴산 알콕시알킬 비닐단량체; 초산비닐, 프로피온산비닐, N-비닐피롤리돈, 메틸비닐피롤리돈, 비닐피리딘, 비닐피페리돈, 비닐피리미딘, 비닐피페라진, 비닐피라진, 비닐피롤, 비닐이미다졸, 비닐옥사졸, 비닐몰폴릴, N-비닐카르본산아미드, 스틸렌, α-메틸스틸렌, N-비닐카프로락탐 등의 비닐단량체; 아크릴로니트릴, 메타크릴로니트릴 등의 시아노아크릴레이트 비닐단량체; 아크릴산 글리시딜, 메타크릴산 글리시딜 등의 에폭시기 함유 아크릴 단량체; 아크릴산 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 메타크릴산 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 아크릴산 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 메타크릴산 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 아크릴산 메톡시에틸렌글리콜, 메타크릴산 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜, 아크릴산 메톡시폴리프로필렌글리콜, 메타크릴산 메톡시폴리프로필렌글리콜 등의 글리콜계 아크릴에스테르단량체; 아크릴산 테트라히드로퍼프릴, 메타크릴산 테트라히드로퍼프릴, 2-메톡시에틸 아크릴레이트 등의 아크릴산 에스테르단량체; 이소프렌, 부타디엔, 이소부틸렌, 비닐에테르 등의 단량체; 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹중에서 선택된 것임 을 특징으로 하는 상기 고분자막 습도센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 4차 암모늄염과 반응성 3차 아민을 한분자에 가지는 단량체로부터 얻어진 공중합체와 가교가될 수 있는 디할로알칸은 탄소수 1 내지 18인 알킬기에 할로겐(염소, 브롬, 요오드)이 2개 포함된 화합물들, 1,3-디클로로-2-프로파놀, 1,3-디브로모-2-프로파놀, 1,4-디클로로-2-부타놀, 1,4-디클로로-2-부타놀, 1,4-디클로로-2-부텐, 1,4-디브로모-2-부텐, 비스-2-클로로에틸 에테르, 비스-2-브로모에틸 에테르, 1,2-비스(2-클로로에톡시)에탄, 1,2-비스(2-브로모에톡시)에탄, 1,3-디클로로아세톤, 1,3-디브로모아세톤, 탄소수 5 내지 6의 시클로화합물에 2개의 할로겐이 포함된 화합물들, α,α'-디클로로-오르토-자일렌, α,α'-디클로로-메타-자일렌, α,α'-디클로로-파라-자일렌, α,α'-디브로모-오르토-자일렌, α,α'-디브로모-메타-자일렌, α,α'-디브로모-파라-자일렌 또는 이들 중 2이상의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 고분자막 습도센서.
