Claims (2)
- 길이 방향으로 형성되며 대상매질과 음향임피던스 정합이 이루어지도록 형성된 평판매질(130)과, 상기 평판매질(130)의 상면 양단에 각각 형성된 압전세라믹스판(140)과, 상기 압전세라믹스판(140) 상면에 형성된 전극(150)으로 구성되어, 상기 평판매질(130)의 상면 양단에 각각 구동부(110)와 수신부(120)가 형성된 리미트 스위치(100)와;상기 구동부(110)에 교류신호를 입력시키는 신호입력부와;상기 신호입력부에 의해 입력된 신호가 구동부(110)에 입력된 후 대상매질을 통과하여 상기 수신부(120)로 입력된 신호를 측정하는 신호측정부와;상기 수신부(120) 측에서 출력된 신호를 상기 구동부(110) 측으로 귀환시키는 발진회로부;를 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 대상매질과의 음향임피던스 정합을 이용한 유량 레벨 측정시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 평판매질(130)은,폴리에틸렌으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음향임피던스 정합을 이용한 유량 레벨 측정시스템.
