폴리염화비닐수지 후육시트는 고탄성 유연시트이기 때문에 고무판대용으로 사용하거나 각종 산업분야에 사용할 수 있다.
종래의 고후도 염화비닐제 필름은 두께가 0.03mm~0.05mm의 얇은 시트를 생산하여 3~5회에 걸쳐 합지하여 0.5~5.0mm의 고후도 염화비닐을 제조하는 것이므로 공정이 복잡하고 품질유연성도 떨어지는 불편이 있었다.
본 발명은 수냉각장치가 구비된 원료공급통(1a)에 원료를 넣고 교반 및 냉각하여 30~40℃를 유지하면서 공급하는 원료공급부(1)와
압출실린더 표면에 환상홈(2a)이 일정간격에 형성되어 그 외면에 전기히터(2b)가 장치되고 일정한 간격에 송풍기(3)가 설치되어 정확한 온도를 유지할 수 있게 하는 풍냉각장치가 부착되고, 중간부에 압출기에서 발생하는 가스를 진공흡입장치로 흡인하여 제거해주는 가스배출장치(4)가 형성된 압출기(5)와
압출기(61)에 조절장치(62)를 가진 T다이(60)로 된 압출부(6)와
압출된 시트를 70℃의 표면온도가 유지되도록 수냉각장치가 구비된 3개의 카렌더로울러(7a)를 수직으로 배치하여 상하측의 카렌터로울러를 이동시켜 압출시트 두께로 조정할 수 있게 만든 두께조정부(7)와
두께 조정부를 통과하여 두께가 조정된 시트를 수냉장치에 의하여 30℃의 표면온도를 유지하는 수개의 냉각로울러(8a)로 구성된 냉각로울러 사이로 시트를 통과시켜 제성된 시트를 30℃로 냉각시키는 냉각부(8)와
냉각된 시트를 말대에 권취하는 시트 권취로울러(9)를 포함하여 이루어지는 제조장치이다.
한편 본 발명의 두께 조절 카렌더로울러(7a)는 3개가 상하로 배치 중간부 고정로울러 상하측에 이동로울러를 장치하여 이동로울러의 축지지부(72)를 슬라이드홈(71)에 장치하고 암나사부(72a)를 구비하여 워엄휠(74)이 부착된 나사봉(73)에 나사결합하고 워엄휠(74)을 수동핸들(75a)이 장치된 워엄나사(75)에 치합시켜 구동케함으로써 워엄장치로 이동로울러 축지지부(72)를 승강조정하여 카렌더로울러의 간격을 미세하게 조정하여 압출시트의 두께 조정을 달성하게 되는 것이다.
이렇게 제조된 후육시트는 폴리염화비닐연질시트이므로 고무처럼 탄력성이 좋아 고무대용 탄성시트로 사용할 수 있고 합지한 제품이 아니므로 투명성이 양호하므로 가림판을 비롯하여 각종산업 분야에 사용할 수 있으며 본 발명의 제조장치를 사용함으로써 압출부에서의 온도조정이 정확하고 제성되는 시트의 두께조정과 냉각이 정확하게 이루어져 단일공정에서 원하는 두께의 시트를 정밀하게 생산할 수 있게 되는 것이다.

- 수냉각장치가된 원료공급통(1a)에 폴리염화비닐수지 100중량부에 대하여 가소제50~55중량부와 안정제 1.3~3.0중량부로 조정된 원료를 넣고 교반 및 냉각하여 원료온도가 30~40℃를 유지하면서 공급하는 원료공급부(1)와표면에 환상홈(2a)이 일정한 간격에 형성되어 그 외면에 전기히터(2b)가 장치되고 일정간격에 송풍기(3)가 장치된 풍냉각기를 구비하고 중간부에 가스배출장치(4)가 형성된 압출기(5)와압출부에 두께조절장치가 구비된 T다이로된 압출부(6)와압출된 시트를 70℃의 표면온도가 유지되도록 수냉장치가 구비된 3개의 카렌더로울러(7a)사이로 통과시키고 카렌더로울러는 상하측에 승강조정 장치를 부착하여 압출두께를 조정할 수 있게 한 두께조정부(7)와두께조절부에서 다림질로된 시트를 수냉장치에 의하여 30℃의 표면온도를 유지하는 냉각로울러(8a)로 냉각시킬 수 있게 한 냉각부(8)와냉각된 시트를 말대에 권취하는 시트 권취로울러(9)를 포함하여 이루어지는 폴리염화비닐수지 연질 후육 시트의 제조장치.
