Claims (7)
- 규칙적으로 반복되는 복수의 제1패턴을 갖는 화소전극을 구비한 어레이기판;규칙적으로 반복되는 복수의 제2패턴을 갖는 컬러레진층 및 그 위에 형성되는 공통전극을 구비하며, 상기 제1패턴과 제2패턴이 엇갈리도록 상기 어레이기판과 대향하여 배치된 컬러필터기판; 및상기 어레이기판과 컬러필터기판 사이에 개재된 액정층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 화소전극은 규칙적으로 반복되는 제1패턴들 사이에 연결부와 슬릿을 포함하고, 상기 컬러레진층은 규칙적으로 반복되는 제2패턴들 사이에 연결부와 돌출부 또는 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1패턴과 제2패턴은 서로 동일한 모양을 갖는 패턴들인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1패턴과 제2패턴은 서로 동일한 크기를 갖는 패턴들인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1패턴과 제2패턴은 서로 다른 크기를 갖는 패턴들인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1패턴과 제2패턴은 서로 일정한 각도로 회전된 패턴들인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 모드 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1패턴과 제2패턴은 서로 다른 모양을 갖는 패턴들인 것을 특징으로 하는 수직 배향 모드 액정표시장치.
