Claims (5)
- 난방 또는 냉방 운전에 따라 실내측 열교환기 또는 실외측 열교환기에서 냉매와 공기 사이에 열교환이 이루어질 때, 흡입공기온도와 토출공기온도차를 검출하기 위한 온도차검출수단과;압축기의 선전류를 검출하기 위한 전류검출수단과;상기 난방 또는 냉방 운전사이클 상에 흐르는 냉매흐름통로의 개도를 조절하는 팽창변과;상기 온도차검출수단의 검출값과 상기 전류검출수단의 검출값의 비를 이용하여, 상기 팽창변의 개도를 제어하는 냉매유량제어수단을 포함하여 구성되는 인버터 공기조화기의 팽창변제어장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도차검출수단은,상기 열교환기의 배관온도를 검출하기 위한 배관온도센서와,상기 열교환기 측의 공기온도를 검출하는 온도센서와,상기 두 온도센서의 검출값의 차를 산출하는 연산수단을 포함하여 구성되는 인버터 공기조화기의 팽창변제어장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 배관온도센서는 응축기 측의 배관온도를 검출하고,상기 온도센서는 응축기 측의 공기온도를 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 공기조화기의 팽창변제어장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉매유량제어수단은, 상기 흡입공기온도와 토출공기온도차를 상기 전류값으로 나눗셈 연산하고, 그 값이 최고치가 되도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 공기조화기의 팽창변제어장치.
- 팽창변의 개도를 조절하는 팽창변 개도조절단계와;상기 팽창변의 개도가 조절된 상태에서, 난방 또는 냉방 운전에 따라 실내측 열교환기 또는 실외측 열교환기 내부의 배관온도, 공기온도, 압축기의 전류를 검출하는 검출단계와;상기 실내측 또는 실외측 열교환기 내부의 배관온도와 상기 실내 또는 실외 공기온도의 차를 전류값으로 나눗셈 연산하여 효율계수를 산출하는 연산단계와;상기 산출된 효율계수가 유지하도록 팽창변의 개도를 제어하는 제어단계를 포함하여 구성되는 인버터 공기조화기의 팽창변제어방법.
