Claims (2)
- 공동구내에 설치하여 케이블을 지지하도록 구성되고 수직앵글의 티형관통구에 수평앵글이 삽입 고정되어 수평앵글 위에 케이블이 지지되는 공동구내 지중배선 케이블 지지구조에 있어서,수직앵글(20)의 티형관통구(22)에 삽입고정체(40)로 고정되고, 몸체(31)의 수직앵글(20)측 단부에 삼각지지체(32)가 용접으로 고정되며, 삼각지지체(32)의 양측면을 관통하도록 봉홀(34)이 형성되고, 삼각지지체(32)의 수직앵글(20)측 면에 사각형의 지지홀(33)이 형성되는 수평앵글(30);사각의 바(41)에 제1홀(42)과 제2홀(43)이 소정의 간격으로 형성되고, 제1홀(42)과 제2홀(43)을 통해 리벳(47)으로 롤러(48)가 바(41)의 양쪽에 회전가능하게 고정되며, 바(41)의 단부에 일체로 플랜지(44)가 형성되고, 플랜지(44)와 일체로 사각의 고정삽입부(45)가 돌출 형성되어 삼각지지체(32)의 지지홀(33)에 삽입되어 지지되며, 고정삽입부(45)와 일체로 볼트부(46)가 형성되어 삼각지지체(32)의 지지홀(33)에 삽입된 상태에서 너트로 고정되고, 수직앵글(20)의 티형관통구(22)의 넓은 부분을 통해 삽입되어 좁은 부분으로 내려가 고정되는 삽입고정체(40);편심회전체(51)에 마찰링(58)이 끼워져 고정되고, 편심회전체(51)에 편심되도록 형성되는 편심홀(55)에 중심축봉(62)이 삽입되어 같이 회전할 수 있게 고정되고, 양단에 육각렌치홈(64)이 형성된 중심축봉(62)은 삼각지지체(32)의 봉홀(34)에 삽입되어 양단에 편심회전체(51)가 고정되며, 편심회전체(51)의 일측에 고정볼트 홀(56)이 형성되어 위치고정볼트(56-1)가 체결되고, 마찰링(58)은 고정링(59) 둘레에 마찰층(60)이 형성되는 수평조절수단(50);로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동구내 지중배전 케이블 지지앵글 수평유지 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 수평조절수단(50)의 편심회전체(51)는 원판부(52)의 측면에 원판부(52)보다 작은 직경의 마찰링고정부(53)가 돌출되어 형성되고, 마찰링고정부(53) 측면에 마찰링고정부(53)보다 작은 직경의 판체고정부(54)가 돌출되어 형성되며, 마찰링고정부(53) 둘레 일측에 핀홀(57)이 편심홀(55)까지 관통되어 형성되고, 중심축봉(62)의 양단 둘레 일측에 핀홀(63)이 형성되어 각각 편심회전체(51)의 핀홀(57)에 삽입된 고정핀(57-1)이 삽입되어 고정되며, 마찰링(58)이 마찰링고정부(53)에 삽입된 후에 판체고정부(54)에 삽입시킨 링형판체(61)를 코킹(65)하여 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동구내 지중배전 케이블 지지앵글 수평유지 장치.
