Claims (2)
- 연료전지 스택의 제조방법에 있어서,3층 MEA에 동일한 형상의 GDL을 상하 적층하고, 상기 GDL의 양끝단을 가접하는 단계와;상기 GDL이 가접되어 5층 구조로 된 MEA를, 내부 매니폴드 기밀용 가스켓의 중앙에 형성된 관통부에 삽입한 다음, 그 둘레를 따라 히트 실링(heat sealing) 또는 초음파 접착을 실시하는 단계와;상기 가스켓 및 5층 MEA가 적층된 층상의 전극부에서, 그 가스켓의 양측 여유공간에 타발 금형을 이용하여 수소, 공기, 물이 공급/배출되는 관통홀을 타발하는 단계와;상기 전극부 및 가스켓 위에 분리판을 상하 적층한 다음, 가압하여 접착하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택의 제조방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 가스켓의 관통부는 상기 전극부의 형상 및 크기와 동일하며, 그 전극부를 삽입시 그 둘레가 꼭맞게 되어 간극이 없도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료전지 스택의 제조방법.
