Abstract
Description
Claims (3)
- 운모에 권선된 열선의 양측에 리드볼트가 결합되며, 외측에 석면관을 씌워 튜브에 삽입하고, 상기 튜브 내부를 절연재인 산화마그네슘으로 충진하여 절연시킨 후, 절연된 튜브를 롤러에 넣어서 압축시켜서 알루미늄을 압축 인발하여 만든 외피에 삽입하여 볼트로 고정 결합시킨 것을 특징으로 한 스페이스 히터.
- ⅰ) 운모에 열선을 권선한 후 석면관을 씌워서 튜브에 삽입하는 열선제조공정과;ⅱ) 상기 튜브 내부를 절연재인 산화마그네슘으로 충진하여 절연시키는 절연공정과;ⅲ) 상기 절연된 튜브를 롤러에 넣어서 압축시키는 압축공정 및;ⅳ) 상기 압축된 튜브를 알루미늄을 압축 인발하여 만든 외피에 삽입하여 결합하는 결합공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 한 스페이스 히터 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 열선제조공정은 권선된 열선에 리드볼트(lead bolt)를 결합하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한 스페이스 히터 제조방법.
