Claims (8)
- 발포 석유화학수지의 내부에는 격벽을 형성하기 위해 0.5~30 mm의 폭을 갖는 다수의 공동을 형성하고, 상기 다수의 공동 내부에는 난연, 불연재가 주입되어 충진되며, 그 외부에는 내화성이 강한 외피층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화염차단 구조를 갖는 단열판재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 발포 석유화학수지는 스티로폼, 우레탄폼 및 우레아폼으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화염차단용 단열판재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 외피층은 석고보드, 철판 및 난연 모르타르로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화염차단용 단열판재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 단열재 내부 격벽 형상은 다수의 갈매기형상, 하니컴형상, 또는 미로 형상으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화염차단 구조를 갖는 단열판재.
- 제 1항에서 있어서,상기 난연, 불연재는 포틀랜트시멘트 모르타르, 펄프슬러지, 플라이애쉬, 소각재, 집진분진, 폐석고, 규산염 및 그들의 혼합물로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화염차단 구조를 갖는 단열판재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 난연, 불연재는 접착성을 띄며 경화성을 갖는 무기분체인 것을 특징으로 하는 화염차단구조를 갖는 단열판재.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 난연, 불연재는 기포를 갖는 무기분체 조성물인 것을 포함하는 특징으로 하는 화염차단구조를 갖는 단열판재.
- 발포 스티로폼 판재에 가열된 와이어로 0.5~30 mm의 폭을 갖는 다수의 공동을 형성하는 단계;상기 다수의 공동의 내부에 난연, 불연재를 주입하는 단계; 및상기 난연, 불연재가 주입된 판재의 외부 표면에 석고보드, 철판 및 난연 모르타르로부터 선택된 어느 하나의 재료를 사용하여 외피층을 형성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화염차단구조를 갖는 단열판재의 제조방법.
