Claims (5)
- 컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 유동장(流動場)의 상태 및 변화를 수치해석하는 해석단계;주형 내부에 있는 기공을 마커(marker)로 변환하는 마커변환단계;상기 마커를 추적하여 기포결함의 발생위치를 예측하는 추적단계;상기 주형에 주조방안을 설치하는 주조방안설치단계;상기 주조방안이 적합한지를 판단하는 판단단계로 이루어지되,상기 판단단계에서 부적합하다고 판단되면, 상기 주조방안설치단계를 다시 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마커를 활용한 주조방안의 최적설계방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주조방안설치단계는,컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 상기 주형을 다수의 블록으로 분할하는 제1분할단계;각각의 블록에 포함되어 있는 마커수를 파악하고, 파악된 상기 마커수를 상기 블록의 부피로 나누어 밀도를 산출하는 밀도산출단계;상기 밀도가 기준밀도값 이상이 되는 블록에 주조방안을 설치하는 제1설치단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마커를 활용한 주조방안의 최적설계방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주조방안설치단계는,컴퓨터 프로그램을 이용하여 상기 주형을 동일한 부피의 다수의 블록으로 분할하는 제2분할단계;각각의 블록에 포함되어 있는 마커수를 파악하는 마커수파악단계;상기 마커수가 기준마커수 이상이 되는 블록에 주조방안을 설치하는 제2설치단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마커를 활용한 주조방안의 최적설계방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 주조방안설치단계와 판단단계 사이에는,상기 주형 및 주조방안 내부에 포함된 총 마커수에 대한 상기 주형 내부의 마커수를 불량률로 산출하는 불량률산출단계가 더 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 마커를 활용한 주조방안의 최적설계방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 판단단계는,상기 불량률산출단계로부터 산출된 불량률이,미리 설정된 불량기준값 이상이면 상기 주조방안설치단계로 이동하고, 불량기준값 미만이면 최적주조방안으로 채택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마커를 활용한 주조방안의 최적설계방법.
