Claims (2)
- 알루미늄 합금기지금속 대비 4~35 ㎛ 크기의 SiC입자 5~20 % 중량부를 혼합처리하여 얻게 되는 알루미늄기 복합소재를 전자장 교반장치를 이용하여 1차 교반 후, 불활성가스 분위기에서 100rpm으로 2차 교반, 복합화하여서 되는 강화재를 용탕에 650℃의 온도로 주입 분산시켜 고액 공존영역까지 온도가 하강되면 주입뚜껑을 닫은 후, 0.1 ~ 0.5 kg/㎠의 압력으로 가압하여 탕구상부에 설치되는 3mm 정도 두께의 단열판을 파괴하여, α형반수석고 70% 이상을 함유하는 비발포성 석고주형에 충진되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄기 복합재를 이용한 반고상가압주조방법.
