Claims (5)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 포스페이트의 알카리 금속염이 소디움 2,2'-메틸렌-비스-(4,6-디-tert-부틸페닐)포스페이트이고, 그 함량이 폴리에테르에스테르 블록공중합체 100 중량부에 대하여 0.05~3.5중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열안정성이 우수한 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토 머 수지 조성물이 내열제로서 상기 소디움 2,2'-메틸렌-비스-(4,6-디-tert-부틸페닐)포스페이트 이외에 2,2′-m-페닐렌 비스(2-옥사졸린), 4,4′-비스(α, α-디메틸벤질 디스페닐아민), N,N′-핵산-1,6-디일 비스(3-(3,5-디-tert-부틸-4-하이드로시페닐-프로피온아마이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 내열제 시스템을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 수지 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 내열제 시스템이 폴리에테르에스테르 블록공중합체 100 중량부에 대하여 소디움 2,2'-메틸렌-비스-(4,6-디-tert-부틸페닐)포스페이트 0.05-0.5 중량부, 2,2′-m-페닐렌 비스(2-옥사졸린) 0.1-1.0중량부, 4,4′-비스(α, α-디메틸벤질 디스페닐아민) 0.1-1.0중량부 및 N,N′-핵산-1,6-디일 비스(3-(3,5-디-tert-부틸-4-하이드로시페닐-프로피온아마이드 0.1-1.0중량부로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 수지 조성물.
- 청구항 1 내지 5 중 어느 한 항 기재의 내열성 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 수지 조성물을 제조하는데 있어서, 내열제 또는 내열제 시스템 10∼50중량%와 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체 90-50중량%를 함유하는 마스터배치를 제조한 후, 제조된 마스터배치 5~30중량%와 내열제를 함유하지 않은 폴리에테르에스테르 블록 공중합체 70~95%를 배합하여 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열성 열가소성 폴리에스테르 엘라스토머 수지 조성물의 제조방법.
