Claims (10)
- 할로겐화주석 화합물과 옥살산 또는 그 유도체를 반응시켜 얻어진 것으로,직경이 50 nm ∼ 500 nm이고, 종횡비가 50 ∼ 200 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화주석 나노로드 분말.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 나노로드 분말은 400℃의 50 ppm CO를 기준으로 하여 1.5 ∼ 2.0의 가스 감도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화주석 나노로드 분말.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 나노로드 분말은 귀금속 촉매 입자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화주석 나노로드 분말.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속 촉매 입자가 Pd, Pt, Ag 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화주석 나노로드 분말.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속 촉매 입자의 함량이 0.04 ∼ 0.20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화주석 나노로드 분말.
- 60 ∼ 100 ℃의 수계반응매질 중에서 할로겐화주석 화합물과 옥살산 또는 그 유도체를 반응시켜 나노로드 형태의 옥살산주석 침전을 생성시키는 단계 및,상기 옥살산주석 침전을 400 ∼ 500 ℃ 범위에서 열분해하여 나노로드 형태의 산화주석 분말을 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 산화주석 나노로드 분말 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 옥살산주석 침전을 생성시키는 단계가 70 ∼ 95 ℃에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화주석 나노로드 분말 제조 방법.
- 절연성 기판, 상기 기판 위에 소정의 간격을 두고 설치된 한 쌍의 전극, 및 상기 한 쌍의 전극을 전기적으로 연결하는 가스감응체를 포함하는 가스센서로서,상기 가스감응체가 상기 제 1 항, 제 3 항 ∼ 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 산화주석 나노로드 분말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 절연성 기판을 가열하기 위한 히터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스센서.
