Claims (5)
- 제1 방향으로 뻗어 있으며 제1 및 제2 선택 신호를 전달하는 제1 및 제2 주사선을 포함하는 복수의 주사선, 상기 주사선에 절연되어 교차하고 제2 방향으로 뻗어 있으며 데이터 신호를 전달하는 복수의 데이터선, 상기 주사선과 상기 데이터선에 각각 연결되는 복수의 화소 회로가 매트릭스 형태로 배열된 표시패널에 영상을 표시하는 발광 표시 장치에 있어서,상기 화소 회로 각각은,상기 제1 선택신호에 응답하여 동작하는 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터; 및상기 제2 선택신호에 응답하여 동작하는 제3 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 주사선들 각각은,제1 부주사선; 및상기 제1 부주사선과 동일한 선택신호를 인가하며 상기 제1 부주사선보다 배선폭이 좁은 제2 부주사선을 포함하고,상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 제어전극 중 어느 하나는 상기 제1 주사선의 제1 부주사선에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제1 및 제2 트랜지스터의 제어전극 중 다른 하나는 상기 제1 주사선의 제2 부주사선에 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 제3 트랜지스터의 제어전극은 제2 주사선의 제1 부주사선에 전기적으로 연결되는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제3 트랜지스터는, 하나의 주전극이 상기 데이터선에 전기적으로 연결되고 제어전극에 인가되는 선택신호에 응답하여 상기 데이터신호를 다른 주전극으로 출력하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화소 회로 각각은제어전극, 제1 전극 및 제2 전극을 가지며, 상기 제어전극과 상기 제1 전극의 전압차에 대응하는 전류를 제2 전극으로 출력하는 제4 트랜지스터;상기 제4 트랜지스터의 제2 전극으로부터 출력되는 전류에 대응하여 빛을 방출하는 발광소자;상기 제4 트랜지스터의 제어전극에 연결되는 일전극을 갖는 제1 커패시터; 및상기 제4 트랜지스터의 제1 전극에 전기적으로 연결되는 일전극 및 상기 제1 커패시터의 타전극에 전기적으로 연결되는 타전극을 갖는 제2 커패시터를 포함하는 발광 표시 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 트랜지스터는 상기 제2 커패시터와 병렬 연결되는 트랜지스터이고, 상기 제2 트랜지스터는 상기 제4 트랜지스터를 다이오드 연결시키는 트랜지스터인 발광 표시 장치.
- 발광 표시 패널에 있어서,제1 방향으로 뻗어 있으며 선택 신호를 전달하는 복수의 주사선;제1 방향으로 뻗어 있으며 서로 인접한 2개의 주사선 사이에 배치되고, 상기 인접한 2개의 주사선 중 어느 하나의 주사선과 동일한 선택신호를 전달하며, 상기 주사선의 배선폭보다 좁은 배선폭을 갖는 복수의 부주사선;상기 주사선에 절연되어 교차하고 제2 방향으로 뻗어 있으며 데이터 신호를 전달하는 복수의 데이터선; 및상기 주사선, 상기 부주사선 및 상기 데이터선에 각각 연결되어 매트릭스 형태로 배열되는 복수의 화소 회로를 포함하고,상기 주사선 각각은 상기 주사선과 평행한 방향으로 인접한 2개의 화소회로에 각각 연결되는 발광 표시 패널.
