- 원료수지를 공급하는 단계;상기 원료수지를 공급하는 단계를 통해 공급된 수지를 패리슨 노즐을 통해 다이헤드의 하부로 압출시켜 패리슨으로 성형하는 압출하는 단계;압출된 상기 패리슨의 내부로 압축공기의 공급과 차단을 반복하여 실시하여 패리슨의 내부면에 무늬를 형성하는 압축공기를 공급하는 단계;상기 물결모양이 형성된 패리슨을 캐비티가 형성된 금형으로 감싸는 단계;상기 패리슨을 절단하는 단계;상기 패리슨의 내부로 압축공기를 불어넣어 상기 캐비티 모양으로 패리슨을 형성하는 브로잉하는 단계; 및상기 패리슨이 캐비티 형태로 다 부풀어 오르면 상기 패리슨을 상온까지 냉각시킨 후에 상기 용기를 꺼낸 후 불필요한 부분을 제거하여 용기를 제작 완성하는 후처리단계를 포함하는 압출 중공 성형 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 압축공기를 공급하는 단계에서 형성된 무늬는 상기 용기에 대해 횡방향으로 형성되는 압출 중공 성형 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 노즐봉의 단면 형상을 사각 또는 별모양으로 하여 상기 패리슨에 수직으로 무늬가 형성되도록 하는 압출 중공 성형 방법.
- 청구항 8에 있어서, 상기 압출하는 단계에서, 형성된 패리슨의 두께는 상기 후처리단계를 거쳐 제작된 용기의 두께보다 2~10배 두껍게 형성되는 압출 중공 성형 방법.
