세척된 여과기(2)의 여과막(2a)을 통과하면서 여과처리된 여과수는 여과수 배출배관(34)을 통하여 UV소독조(50)에서 소독된후 최종 방류된다.
Claims (4)
- 하수처리시설의 여과기에 세척수를 분사하여 여과기의 막힘을 방지하는 방법에 있어서,고형 염소를 물에 용해시켜 염소용해액을 제조하고, 상기 염소용해액을 상기 세척수에 주입하여 이 혼합액을 상기 여과기에 분사시켜 여과기의 여과자재 공극을 막는 미생물 또는 콜로이드를 세척, 분산시킴으로써 여과기 막힘을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수처리시설의 여과기 막힘을 방지하는 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 염소용해액 분사 과정을 거쳐 여과기를 통과한 여과처리 방류수의 잔유염소량이 0.01 ~ 0.1mg/ℓ로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수처리시설의 여과기 막힘을 방지하는 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,상기 염소용해액의 분사가 레이놀즈수 1 X 104 ∼ 4 X 104의 난류영역에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수처리시설의 여과기 막힘을 방지하는 방법.
- 하수처리시설의 여과기에 세척수를 분사하여 여과기의 막힘을 방지하는 장치 에 있어서,약품을 용해시키는 약품용해탱크(10);상기 약품용해탱크에서 약품이 잘 섞이도록 하는 혼화기(12);상기 약품용해탱크(10)로부터 약품용해액을 일정량으로 펌핑하는 정량펌프(14);상기 여과기(2)를 통하여 여과된 방류수를, 약품 용해를 위하여 상기 약품용해탱크(10)로 공급하는 약품용해용수 공급배관(16);상기 정량펌프(14)에서 펌핑된 약품용해액을 세척수와 혼합되도록 세척수 공급배관(28)에 주입하는 약품용해액 주입배관(18); 및세척수펌프(22)에서 가압공급되는 세척수를 상기 여과기(2)로 분사하는 분사장치(20);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수처리시설의 여과기 막힘을 방지하는 장치.
