Description
Claims (7)
- 입력되는 제어 데이터에 따라, 소정 스위칭 소자의 단속 동작을 제어하는 게이트 신호를 출력하는 디지털 제어기;과전류 및 과전압 발생에 대응하는 검출신호를 생성하는 검출부; 및상기 검출신호의 생성시, 상기 게이트 신호의 출력이 차단되는 상태가 유지되도록 하는 등록 유지부;를 포함하는 전력변환기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디지털 제어기의 제어에 따라, 상기 게이트 신호의 출력이 차단되는 상태를 해지하는 등록 해지부;를 더 포함하는 전력변환기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 검출부는, 제어다이오드의 역방향 전압 특성을 이용하여 상기 검출신호를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력변환기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,전력 순시 제어를 위한 정보를 측정하여, 상기 제어 데이터로 제공하는 측정부;를 더 포함하는 전력변환기의 제어장치
- 스위칭 소자의 단속 동작에 의해 출력 전압을 제어하는 전력변환기의 제어방법에 있어서,입력되는 제어 데이터에 따라, 상기 스위칭 소자의 단속 동작을 제어하는 게이트 신호를 출력하는 단계;과전류 및 과전압 발생을 검출하는 단계; 및과전류 및 과전압 발생시, 상기 게이트 신호의 출력이 차단되는 상태가 유지되도록 하는 단계;를 포함하는 전력변환기의 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 게이트 신호의 출력이 차단되는 상태를 해지하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 전력변환기의 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 출력 전압에 대응하는 정보를 측정하여, 상기 제어 데이터로 제공하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 전력변환기의 제어방법.
