Claims (6)
- 용접대상물의 용접부로 고밀도 에너지빔을 조사하는 빔조사장치부 및상기 빔조사장치부의 이송경로를 추종하며, 모재용융수단을 통해 용융액적의 모재에 에너지를 공급하여 용융시켜 용융액적을 생성하고 상기 용접대상물의 용접부로 투사하는 액적투사장치부를 포함하는 용융액적 투사를 이용하는 고밀도 에너지빔 용접 시스템.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모재용융수단은,상기 모재에 접촉하여 상기 모재에 전원을 공급하는 제 1 전극 및상기 제 1 전극에 의해 극성이 부여된 상기 모재와 다른 극성을 가지도록 상기 모재의 선단으로부터 이격된 전방에 구비되어 상기 모재와의 간극을 통해 아크를 발생시켜 상기 모재의 선단을 용융하여 상기 용융액적을 생성하고 투사되도록 하는 제 2 전극을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융액적 투사를 이용하는 고밀도 에너지빔 용접 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 모재용융수단은,상기 모재의 선단을 용융하기 위해 상기 모재의 선단에 에너지빔을 조사하는 빔조사장치부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융액적 투사를 이용하는 고밀도 에너지빔 용접 시스템.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 전극의 교체가 가능하도록 상기 제 2 전극측이 상기 제 1 전극측에 대해 탈부착 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융액적 투사를 이용하는 고밀도 에너지빔 용접 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 모재용융수단은,상기 에너지빔의 조사에 의해 상기 모재의 선단에 생성되는 상기 용융액적을 상기 모재로부터 분리하고 투사 추진력을 제공하기 위해 압력가스를 공급하는 압력가스공급부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융액적 투사를 이용하는 고밀도 에너지빔 용접 시스템.
