- 하기 [화학식 1]의 구조를 갖는 황함유 화합물 0.01 ~ 2 중량%, 에폭시 수지 0.5 ~ 15 중량%, 경화제 0.1 ~ 15 중량%, 경화촉진제 0.1 ~ 0.5 중량%, 실란 커플링제 0.1 ~ 1 중량% 및 무기 충전제 82 ~ 92 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체 소자 밀봉용 에폭시 수지 조성물.[화학식 1]HS(R'-O-R-R'-SS)n-R'-O-R-R'-SH (R, R'=(CH2)n, n=2~4)
